Abstract

This study aims to produce critical thinking assessments for learning instruments. The research methodology used was Development (Borg & Gall, 1983). Field trial subjects were carried out at four class of Al-Azhar elementary schools in Bandar Lampung. The total number of field trial subjects were 30 students. The data of research were collected using a description test consisting of 10 items. The results show that, all instruments were valid in theory with a mean expert score of 90.14. It was included in the category of very good and properly empirically feasible. A total of 10 questions were valid and internally consistent with moderate difficulty, good discrimination, and good distractions.
